Kansalaisuuskoe ("the app") is a practice app for the Finnish citizenship test, published by Lesti Software Oy (business ID 2875878-8). This policy explains what data the app does and does not handle. In short: the app has no accounts and collects no personal data — the one exception is the optional Aino AI tutor, which sends the questions you type to be answered (see "Aino — the AI study tutor" below).
The app has no user accounts and asks for no personal information. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or device identifiers, and we have no analytics or tracking of any kind.
Your practice history, exam results, and settings (such as language and theme) are stored only on your device. This data never leaves your phone, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is removed if you uninstall the app.
The app periodically downloads updated question content from kansalaisuuskoe.app so that questions can be corrected and expanded without an app update. These requests contain no personal data. Like any web server, the static host may record standard technical request information (such as IP address and the time of the request) in its logs; this is used only for operating and securing the service and is not linked to you.
The app offers a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Unlock all questions"). Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store your payment details. Whether you have unlocked the content is stored locally on your device, and can be restored through your app store account.
Aino is an optional AI tutor (available in the full version) that answers your questions about the citizenship test. When you send a question, the text of that question and the current conversation are sent to our server (kansalaisuuskoe.app) and forwarded to our AI provider, Anthropic (based in the United States), to generate an answer. This is the only feature that transmits text you type.
We do not store your questions or Aino's answers. Our server keeps only anonymous usage counts (such as the number of questions and the cost) to operate the service and enforce fair-use limits; these are not linked to you or your identity. To confirm that you own the full version, your app-store purchase receipt is sent to our server for verification — it contains no account or payment details and is tied only to an anonymous transaction identifier. Anthropic processes the text solely to produce the answer and, under its API terms, does not use it to train its models. Because Anthropic is in the United States, this involves a transfer of data outside the EU.
Please do not enter sensitive personal details into Aino. Aino gives general study information based on official public sources — not legal advice about your individual case. Always confirm your own situation with the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri).
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Kansalaisuuskoe ("sovellus") on harjoittelusovellus Suomen kansalaisuuskoetta varten. Julkaisija on Lesti Software Oy (Y-tunnus 2875878-8). Lyhyesti: sovelluksessa ei ole tilejä eikä se kerää henkilötietoja — ainoa poikkeus on valinnainen Aino-tekoälyopettaja, joka lähettää kirjoittamasi kysymykset vastattavaksi (ks. "Aino — tekoälyopettaja" alla).
Sovelluksessa ei ole käyttäjätilejä eikä se kysy henkilötietoja. Emme kerää nimeä, sähköpostia, sijaintia, yhteystietoja emmekä laitetunnisteita. Sovelluksessa ei ole mitään analytiikkaa tai seurantaa.
Harjoitteluhistoria, koetulokset ja asetukset tallennetaan vain omalle laitteellesi. Tiedot eivät poistu puhelimestasi eikä niitä lähetetä meille tai kenellekään muulle. Tiedot poistuvat, kun poistat sovelluksen.
Sovellus lataa ajoittain päivitettyä kysymyssisältöä osoitteesta kansalaisuuskoe.app, jotta kysymyksiä voidaan korjata ja täydentää ilman sovelluspäivitystä. Pyynnöt eivät sisällä henkilötietoja. Kuten kaikki verkkopalvelimet, palvelu voi tallentaa lokeihinsa tavanomaisia teknisiä tietoja (esim. IP-osoite ja pyynnön ajankohta) vain palvelun ylläpitoa ja tietoturvaa varten.
Sovelluksessa on yksi kertaluonteinen sovelluksen sisäinen osto ("Avaa kaikki kysymykset"). Ostot hoitaa kokonaan App Store tai Google Play. Emme koskaan saa tai tallenna maksutietojasi. Tieto siitä, oletko avannut sisällön, tallennetaan paikallisesti laitteellesi ja voidaan palauttaa sovelluskauppatilisi kautta.
Aino on valinnainen tekoälyopettaja (saatavilla täysversiossa), joka vastaa kansalaisuuskoetta koskeviin kysymyksiisi. Kun lähetät kysymyksen, kysymyksesi teksti ja senhetkinen keskustelu lähetetään palvelimellemme (kansalaisuuskoe.app) ja edelleen tekoälypalveluntarjoajallemme Anthropicille (Yhdysvalloissa) vastauksen muodostamista varten. Tämä on ainoa toiminto, joka lähettää kirjoittamaasi tekstiä.
Emme tallenna kysymyksiäsi emmekä Ainon vastauksia. Palvelimemme säilyttää vain anonyymejä käyttömääriä (esimerkiksi kysymysten määrän ja kustannukset) palvelun ylläpitoa ja kohtuukäytön rajoja varten; niitä ei yhdistetä sinuun. Sen varmistamiseksi, että omistat täysversion, sovelluskaupan ostokuitti lähetetään palvelimellemme tarkistettavaksi — se ei sisällä tili- tai maksutietoja ja on sidottu vain anonyymiin ostotunnisteeseen. Anthropic käsittelee tekstiä vain vastauksen tuottamiseksi eikä käytä sitä mallien kouluttamiseen API-ehtojensa mukaisesti. Koska Anthropic on Yhdysvalloissa, tähän liittyy tietojen siirto EU:n ulkopuolelle.
Älä syötä Ainoon arkaluonteisia henkilötietoja. Aino antaa yleistä opiskelutietoa julkisiin virallisiin lähteisiin perustuen, ei oikeudellista neuvontaa yksittäistapauksessasi — varmista oma tilanteesi aina Maahanmuuttovirastosta (Migri).
Sovellusta ei ole suunnattu lapsille eikä se kerää tietoja keneltäkään, lapset mukaan lukien.
